Vikki Espinosa is a leadership strategist, educator, and author of the One in Eight series, a three-book body of work created after she navigated breast cancer in 2023.

Her experience and conversations with other patients revealed a persistent gap: while policies address compliance, leaders are rarely equipped with practical guidance for supporting employees through serious illness. Vikki bridges that gap by combining lived experience with more than 20 years of leadership development, adult learning, and coaching experience across corporate and higher education environments.

She specializes in identifying gaps in understanding, designing structured learning experiences, and equipping leaders to respond with clarity, steadiness, and confidence during times of disruption.
