Expectations and resources
Attend scheduled sessions
Join every scheduled session on time and stay for the full duration. If you must miss a session, review the materials and complete the follow-up tasks before the next meeting.
Complete assignments
Finish application assignments by the due dates so you can use feedback in the next session. Submit work in the format requested in the participant materials area.
Actively participate
Come prepared to share updates, ask questions, and take part in discussions and activities. Your learning improves when you contribute, reflect, and respond to peers respectfully.
Practice at work
Apply session skills in real work situations between meetings. Use your role, projects, and team interactions as practice opportunities, then bring results and lessons learned back to the group.
