Join a 60-minute interactive session with facilitator and 30 minutes for networking. Can’t attend? Watch the recording on‑demand.

Independent Assignment

Apply what you learned to your organization with practical, job‑ready tasks including AI role play (about 60 minutes).

Topic & Assignment Debrief

Join a 60-minute debrief session with peer coaching, group case analysis, and facilitated discussion with 30 minutes for networking at the end.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded. Watch on-demand and complete the monthly assignment to still receive your PDCs.

How do I earn 36 PDCs?

You earn 1 PDC per event, so one live workshop equates to 1 PDC and each topic has the opportunity to earn 3 PDCs. Complete the live sessions and independent assignment across all 12 topics and that earns you 36 PDCs!

Can I enroll in single topics?

Yes. Each module stands alone. However, the full series builds a cohesive leadership toolkit and community experience.
