Kim Hodges is the Office Managing Shareholder of Ogletree Deakins’ Memphis office and an employment and commercial litigation attorney with more than 24 years of experience. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Kim served as Lead Counsel in Federal Express Corporation’s Litigation and Employment group and previously held roles within HR departments at ServiceMaster–TruGreen ChemLawn, Trailmobile, and Riceland Foods.

Kim advises and defends employers nationwide on a broad range of employment law matters and is a frequent speaker and contributor on employment and workplace issues.
